Photographer John Murray is keen to help people see the beauty in themselves, especially as social media is saturated with retouched and edited photos.

“We all have a gap between how we see ourselves and how we think the rest of the world sees us.

"We also have a gap between who we feel we are and who we think the rest of the world expects us to be. My posts are aimed at closing that gap,” he said.
