Facebook testing Snooze feature

Facebook is currently testing a new Snooze feature that will enable users to mute friends, Pages and Groups for up to 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

The new feature was spotted by TechCrunch and confirmed by a Facebook spokesperson, who stated:

‘We’re testing new ways to give people control over their News Feeds so they can stay connected with the stories they find most relevant.’

Facebook’s new Snooze feature is located in the drop-down menu found in the top right of a user’s post, beside the Unfollow action.
