YouTube in-app messaging now available

YouTube added a new in-app messaging feature to the iOS and Android versions of the YouTube app today, enabling users to share comments, videos and more.

As revealed in a blog post from YouTube, users can now:

‘…share videos with your friends and family directly on YouTube. Not only can you share and receive videos in the app, you can also chat about them right on YouTube, reply with another video, invite others to the conversation, and more.’

YouTube’s new in-app messaging features are accessed by tapping the Share button.
