Game gifting coming to Xbox One

Until now, the only way to give somebody an Xbox One game was to go out and buy a physical copy to hand them.

In an era when many games are released only digitally, this limitation wasn’t popular with fans.

Responding to a petition that received 5,000 votes in favour, Microsoft has announced that the Xbox One store will soon enable the gifting of games.
