Samsung to reveal world's first stretchable display

Samsung is gearing up to unveil the world's first stretchable display at the upcoming Society for Information Display (SID) 2017 tech fair.

Samsung today said it will showcase the world’s first stretchable display at the upcoming Society for Information Display (SID) 2017 tech fair taking place on May 23 to 25 in Los Angeles, as reported by Yonhap News Agency.

Samsung stated that the stretchable OLED display is capable of bending in both directions whereas previous stretchable displays have so far been able to bend in one direction only.
