Facebook adds Order Food feature

Facebook has added a new feature to its web and mobile app that allows Facebook users to order food through the social media channel, as revealed in a report from TechCrunch.

The Order Food feature is located in the mobile app’s main menu and the side bar of the web version’s side bar, and contains all supported restaurants in the area.

From there users can choose a restaurant, their desired meal and if they would like to collect the food from the restaurant or have it delivered.

Facebook’s new Order Food feature is available for select US users only at the moment but we’ll likely see it expanded to other countries in the near future.
