Google Photos adds Archive feature

The latest update for the iOS and Android versions of Google Photos brings with it a new Archive feature that allows users to remove chosen images from their feed and store said images in a separate archive section.

Google Photos adds Archive feature

The new feature was first noticed by 9To5Google, and can be accessed by selecting an image and taping the three dots icon found at the top-right of the menu.

Archived images can be located in the slide-out menu on the left hand side of the screen, and the feature is available now for Google Photos for iOS, Android and Web.
