ZeniMax files second VR lawsuit

ZeniMax Media Inc., the parent company of Bethesda Softworks and id Software among others, has filed a second virtual reality related lawsuit following the company’s successfully suing of Facebook over technology used in the Oculus Rift, as reported by The Verge.

ZeniMax previously sued Facebook due to the Oculus’s use of ZeniMax owned technology provided to Oculus by former ZeniMax employee (and original Doom programmer) John Carmack, and was awarded $500 million in damages.
