A new report from respected KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (via 9to5Mac) about the production woes of the upcoming anniversary iPhone 8 warns that the device may be running into issues that could delay the start of the production cycle to October or November.

The report states that issues with the iPhone 8’s Touch ID scanner, the 3D front camera and a number of newly designed components built specifically for the iPhone 8 are causing the delay.
