Tomorrow night The Everyman in Cork is hosting a concert with a difference, one jampacked with the hymns of our childhood where the audience is encouraged to sing along.
‘Alleluia: Hymns Celebrating the Faith of Our Fathers’ taps into the wealth of nostalgic memories which are churned up when singing these old hymns. It stars tenor Ryan Morgan, soprano Linda Kenny, The Carrigaline Singers, Cor Scoil Eoin and the Alleluia band.

The 50 Plus Expo, an event for people who want to be inspired in their retirement returns to the Malton Hotel, Killarney tomorrow.
It will have demonstrations and presentations designed to inform, entertain and educate people on a range of topics and activities.

Coeliac Awareness Week kicks off on Monday to highlight the fact that coeliac disease can occur at any stage in life, is a lifelong condition and affects an estimated one in every 100 people in Ireland.
A series of in-store events will take place at SuperValu stores around the country including dietetic talks, advice from the Coeliac Society and gluten-free food samplings.
