Darksiders 3 officially announced

Following on from yesterday’s Darksiders 3 leak we now have an official announcement about the game from publisher THQ Nordic and a reveal trailer via IGN.

In the game you play as Horseman of the Apocalypse Fury as you travel to a post-apocalyptic Earth to take on the Seven Deadly Sins.

THQ Nordic co-founder and CEO Lars Wingefors said:

‘We have taken our time to ensure that this next Darksiders will be everything action-adventure gamers and especially Darksiders loyalists could dream of and more.’

Darksiders 3 is scheduled for a 2018 release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
