Code Vein gameplay trailer released

The first gameplay trailer for Bandai Namco’s latest souls-esque action role-playing game, Code Vein, has been released showcasing the game’s mixture of post-apocalyptic locations, dark fantasy action and anime character design.

As we can see from the below trailer, Code Vein takes heavy inspiration from Bandai Namco’s beloved Dark Souls series, but changes things up with a fairly distinctive anime visual style and a partner gameplay feature that allows players to choose a companion to join them on their journey.

Code Vein is scheduled for release in 2018, check out the trailer below.
