Injustice 2 achievement indicates new character

Spoiler alert: the following piece contains spoilers for the next Injustice 2 character reveal.

Injustice 2’s full list of achievements has appeared on Xbox Achievements, and with it a clear indication of the next character to join the game.

Two separate gameplay achievements, ‘I Love You, I Hate You’ and ‘Why Aren’t You Laughing’, are linked to the Joker, confirming his presence among the game’s roster.

The first achievement requires the player to defeat the Joker as Harley with the move Go Night Night, while the second requires players to defeat Batman as the Joker with the move Not So Funny Is It?
