RE7 free DLC delayed

Resident Evil 7’s free downloadable content, the epilogue expansion Not a Hero, has been delayed,

Capcom was originally aiming for a spring release window but has decided to delay the release of the DLC so that the level of quality can be improved and meet ‘high expectations’.

Resident Evil 7’s director, producer and executive producer apologised for the delay and explained the reasoning behind it in a video uploaded to YouTube this morning.

Not a Hero is set after the end of Resident Evil 7’s campaign and purportedly features original protagonist Chris Redfield, although not all are convinced it’s the same man.
