10 DLC characters confirmed for Injustice 2

Injustice 2 developer NetherRealm has confirmed that the upcoming DC Comics brawler will receive 10 DLC characters.

Injustice 2 developer NetherRealm has confirmed the upcoming DC Comics brawler will receive 10 DLC characters and that a number of these characters will be revealed pre-launch, as noted by WWG.

During yesterday’s live-stream of Captain Cold, the Flash and Bane, a member of NetherRealm said:

‘Let me just go over something, too -- with your pre-order, with the ultimate edition, you get three skins, Reverse Flash, Power Girl, John Stewart Green Lantern, you get nine DLC characters, and exclusive shaders. [Darkseid] is a 10th. He's a pre-order character [in addition to the 9 DLC characters. So really, there are 10 characters, which is pretty awesome.’

When asked about when we could expect to learn the identities of the DLC characters, NetherRealm responded:

‘That's a very good question. If you're pre-ordering, you're probably going to see a couple of the DLC characters confirmed closer to launch.’

Injustice 2 is scheduled to launch on May 16.
