HTC U launches next month
A new report from VentureBeat suggests that the HTC U smartphone will launch mid to late April with a global release following in May.
The report also suggests the HTC U will feature Edge Sense, a new sensor tool that allows users to open apps and control phone functions by squeezing, swiping and tapping the metal edges on the sides of the device.
The HTC U is expected to come with a 5.5-inch WQHD display and will run on the Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.
Other notable features include a 12MP Sony IMX362 camera sensor on the back and a 16MP Sony IMX351 camera sensor on the front.
