Middle-earth: Shadow of War officially announced

Warner Bros. yesterday officially announced Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the sequel to 2014’s critically acclaimed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, via a very stylish trailer.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor was a big hit back in 2014 and went to win more than 50 industry awards, and it was expected that the game would receive a sequel.

However, yesterday’s announcement was the first official indication of the sequel, which focuses on returning protagonists Talion and Celebrimbor who venture behind enemy lines to forge an army of their own and take the battle for Middle-earth to the Dark Lord Sauron.
