Pokemon Go to receive 80 new Pokemon this week

Over 80 Pokemon from generation 2 games Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver will be added to the augmented reality game Pokemon later this week.

More than 80 generation 2 Pokemon will be added to the hit augmented reality game Pokemon Go later this week as part of a new update, as revealed in a blog post on the Pokemon Go website.

Over 80 Pokemon originally discovered in the Johto region of the games Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver will make their way to the game, including fan favourites Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile.
