Check out this scenic shot of snow across the Wicklow Mountains last weekend

Last Sunday, while most of us were cowering under mountains of blankets and sipping hot tea in an attempt to get warm, Bob Dixon and his buddies were mountain biking across the Wicklow mountains and took this stunning shot.

The photo is of Tadgh Heehan, who was out enjoying the scenery in the brisk air along with his friends John Burnet and Bob Dixon at around 12pm.

Bob, who kindly sent in the photo to us, said: "Myself and the lads are regular bikers on a Sunday morning in Ballinastoe, where this was taken aswell as in Ticknok.

"I recently had a crash around this area so was off the bike for a few weeks recovering..delighted to be back and seeing such beauty!"

We are happy to see the scenic shot too -but from the cosy warmth of the office!
