The eternally controversial George Hook has stayed true to form by placing a €200 bet on Donald Trump to be the next American president.

With just 14 days to go before the election the radio host has placed his trust in the Republican candidate over the more qualified Democratic runner Hillary Clinton.

Hook placed a €200 charity bet with Boylesports on Donald Trump with odds of 5/1.
