George Hook bets on Donald Trump in the race for the White House
With just 14 days to go before the election the radio host has placed his trust in the Republican candidate over the more qualified Democratic runner Hillary Clinton.
Hook placed a €200 charity bet with Boylesports on Donald Trump with odds of 5/1.
Hillary Clinton currently remains the one to beat at odds of 1/7 to become the first female president of the United States of America.

If Trump is elected, the proceeds of the bet are to be donated to the IRFU Charitable Trust.
Liam Glynn, BoyleSports’ spokesperson said: "George Hook believes Donald Trump can upset the odds and has placed a charity bet on the controversial businessman to win the US Presidential Race with the winnings being donated to the IRFU Charitable Trust."
The BoyleSports spokesperson also said a Donald Trump win would be a disaster for the business.
He added "If Trump manages to win the presidential race he will be the worst political pay-out for the firm to date. Despite her shorts odds of 1/7 our traders will have big smiles on their faces if Hillary wins the race as she is currently a good result for the firm."
