Ireland’s most important celebration is about to begin and no, it’s not St Patrick’s Day.

National Potato Day is fast approaching and Bord Bia are urging everyone to join in the celebrations of the fourth annual National Potato Day on October 7.

New potato ambassador, the prize winning chef Mark Moriarty has been brought on board to support the campaign for Irish people to eat more spuds.
