Have you seen Cork's new summer soap series ...
On Monday the newspaper started an innovative new fictional summer soap series called "Scattered".
A story based in Cork - which will appear first in the newspaper each day for a fortnight - the series follows the trials and tribulations of a street sweeper - or sanitation expert as he likes to call himself - called Timmy.
The story was written by Mark Kelleher of Passage West, and was chosen as part of collaboration with the MA in Creative Writing course at UCC.
Each chapter can be read first in the newspaper each day but to catch up just check out the archive of previous chapters HERE.
Who would have thought street sweeping could be so exciting.
