Declan Mangan, a Killorglin native and a retired national teacher, is chairmain of Puck Fair, which takes place in the Co Kerry town from today until Saturday. Mangan is also former manager of Dooks Golf Club and has been heavily involved in the Killorglin Pantomime for 53 years. See puckfair.ie
