Garda Traffic had no time for this Limerick driver's attempts at flattery

A driver in Limerick was this week’s star of the always entertaining Garda Traffic Twitter Account when they were pulled over by a Mayorstone guard,

Despite being awarded ’10/10 for effort’ for the absolutely hilariousdecals on the car - with such gems as "I’m not drunk. I’m just avoiding potholes" and "Ur looking well, Garda" - , they had no effect.

Garda Traffic reports that the driver had only been driving for a month, had no accompanying driver aaand no registration. A fixed charge penalty notice was issued.
