Remember that cringy music video the Democratic National Convention released yesterday featuring a host of celebs singing to support Hillary Clinton?

The Pitch Perfect style version of Rachel Platten's Fight Song wasn't exactly the coolest thing in the world, but it's been made much better thanks to Stephen Colbert and John Oliver.

On Colbert's The Late Show, the two late night TV presenters made a serious of small tweaks to improve the track.
