The new artistic statement piece in Wicklow was created by artist Dara Kenny and apparently doesn’t need planning permission.
The new Repeal the 8th artwork has been painted on a legal graffiti wall where the only rules are no swearing, drug imagery or vulgarity.
Artist Dara Kenny has told the Daily Edge that if anyone does try to remove it he will just paint an even bigger one.
Looks like this piece is here to stay then.
