Gorgeous The Little Prince movie coming to Netflix August 5th

The Little Prince is coming to Netflix, and it looks absolutely delightful.

It's a tale based on the story first published by airman Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in 1943 which was a publishing phenomenon about a young prince from some far off planet who falls to Earth and makes a friend.

The latest movie version of the tale, which has been adapted in many different forms, adds a framing story in gorgeous CG around the central tale of The Little Prince in stunning stop motion. Check out the latest trailer.

It really is a lovely looking production from director Mark Osborne, who helmed the original Kung Fu Panda, with a voice cast including Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd, Marion Cotillard, James Franco and Ricky Gervais.

The Little Prince has actually been released in quite a few countries around the world already but Netflix snapped up the rights and will be bringing it to the world from the 5th of August, 2016.
