Let me describe to you my perfect day. Wake in a bed big enough to sleep four people. Pull the curtains, and emerge to your very own balcony, clear blue skies and a beach view.

You float downstairs to breakfast (after a shower laden with Elemis potions and creams) to a full Irish breakfast, fresh fruit, croissants still warm from the oven.

There’s a morning stroll on the beach, on one of those rare Irish summer days when there’s true heat in the sun. Usually nothing could entice you from it.
