Food goes to war in new red band Sausage Party trailer

The second red band trailer for Sausage Party has been released and it’s a riot. But before you go to check it out, remember that it’s red band for a reason; this is not for kids!

In Sausage Party, we get an insight into the lives of the food that sits on the shelves in the supermarket. They wait for the day that they are chosen to go home with us, but then everything takes a dark and sinister turn.

Armed with the realisation of what happens to food when it leaves the shop, this bunch of foodstuffs decides to take the fight to the humans and make us see them for what they are.

Sausage Party features Seth Rogen and the regular faces that you see in films with him, including Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, and Paul Rudd. That should give you some idea of Sausage Party’s humour.

There are some great lines and scenes in this trailer; Sausage Party is definitely one to keep an eye out for…though you may enjoy the cinema hotdog less! Sausage Party will be released on September 2.
