Get the excellent Life is Strange for free!

Life is Strange is being given away for free by the developers so you too can get hooked on this teenage drama with a sci-fi twist.

Life is Strange was one of the standout hits of last year when the five episode run came to an explosive end. It's the story of a teenage girl called Max who finds out she has a very special gift... and saying any more than that would spoil one of the best story driven games in recent memory.

Now developers Dontnod have decided to give everyone a special gift by giving away the first episode for free.

You'll be able to grab episode one, Chrysalis, on the 21st of July on every possible platform including PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The offer is open to all and is going to be around 'indefinitely.' That's very good news, and as the first episode is now free you'll be able to get the whole season pass for a discount.
