It’s that time of year again - when young Irish people head off to the States on their J1 for a summer of fun, adventure and sleeping ten to a room.

And then there’s the romantic possiblities - it’s no secret that Americans love the Irish.

So we can’t be blamed for deploying the accent, GAA jersey and taking the opportunity to embellish our famous Irish connections.

Of course, there will be some things lost in translation. Can’t be helped.
