Crazy trailer for Ash vs Evil Dead season 2
Ash vs Evil Dead was a TV series we never expected to come to pass, with none other than Bruce Campbell himself returning to the iconic character he created with buddy Sam Raimi, and the first season was a whale of a time when it kicked off in October 2015.
Happily, this is a story that gets to continue as Starz pushed a second series into production straight away, and now the first trailer is here. It's pretty outrageous!
The gore you can get away with on TV now is insane, and it's perfectly in keeping with what we want from an Evil Dead show. With a 30 minute running time and plenty of gags and gory stuff, it's the kind of format that could run for years, and Campbell still owns the screen.
There will be some newcomers for season 2, including Lee Majors as Ash's dad and of course Ted Raimi will be popping up - it's bizarre that he didn't before. The 10 episodes start in October, 2016.
