Audible now lets you share audiobook clips

Audible’s latest update allows you to create and share clips from an audiobook. So if you’ve found the perfect teaser, or perhaps a ridiculous narration, now you can share it with friends quickly and easily.

Audible now lets you share audiobook clips

To create a Clip, you choose any 30-second or shorter portion of the audio track to create an Amazon link that you can then send via e-mail or text. You can edit the clip to select more or less, though you’ll need deft fingers and sharp eyesight. Unfortunately, there’s no way to embed clips on the web just yet.

The update also refreshes the layout of Audible Channels; books that have been marked as “finished” will sync across all of the user’s Android devices; and some post-download playback issues have been fixed up.
