Huawei P10 tipped to feature front-facing fingerprint scanner

While the Huawei P9 was only revealed earlier this year, there are already rumours circulating about the next iteration, the Huawei P10.

Apparently, the device could move the fingerprint scanner from the rear to the front. Its positioning would mean that it's unlocked by the time you have it in front of your face and allows you to unlock the device without lifting it up.

That's all according to a Weibo tipster who mentions that a front-facing fingerprint scanner has become the trend and Huawei will follow suit. This could be little more than speculation however.
