GAZE LGBT Film Festival back in Dublin this August

The GAZE International LGBT Film Festival returns to Dublin for the August bank holiday 2016, bringing a host of Irish and International features to our capital.

Now in its 24th year, the festival celebrates LGBT stories on the big screen, and will once again take place at the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin 7. Irish films like the marvellous Viva and Edmund Lynch's A Different Country will screen, with the latter receiving its Irish premiere at the festival.

On the international side, Kiki will have its first Dublin showing and Heartbeats from acclaimed filmmaker Xavier Dolan (Mommy) will make an appearance as part of a new inspired by Queer Québécois Cinema and a collaboration with IMAGE+NATION LGBT Film Festival Montréal.
