Couple on cloud nine following engagement on Aer Lingus flight

It was a champagne supernova flight for the happy couple who got engaged while suspended in the blue skies yesterday.

The pair were en route to New York when they got engaged between the wings of an Aer-Lingus plane while flying high on the wings of love.

Soaring with the excitement of the proposal and unable to contain their joy, the young love-birds shared their news with the Aer Lingus staff, who offered their congratulations and took a snap of the two blissfully engaged passengers.
