Orphan Black will get one final season

Orphan Black is one of those shows which you would probably really enjoy if you were watching it.

There's solid drama, a hint or two of sci-fi (though it's mostly kept in the background) and a breezy tone which manages to keep things fast paced and light. But the absolute highlight has to be Tatiana Maslany's leading performance in a number of roles. With different mannerisms, accents and looks she's created some classic characters and confirmed she's one of the best young actresses around.

We've just heard that the show has been renewed for a fifth season, and that it will be the last 10 episode run for Orphan Black. That's not really sad news as we're getting a series with a definitive end point that the creators know all about, giving everyone involved the time and space to work up to a thrilling finale.
