Dead Rising 4 will be Microsoft-exclusive for a year

While Dead Rising 3 was Xbox One and PC exclusive, it looks like more platforms will enjoy Dead Rising 4.

Developer Capcom Vancouver tweeted, "You'll be able to play it first on Xbox One and Windows 10." Ryan Brown followed up with the developer and a rep said that Dead Rising 4 is "a 1-year timed exclusive for MS."

The Dead Rising franchise has a mixed release record; the first made its way to Wii, the second was released on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, while the third stayed exclusive to Xbox One and PC.
