First she brought us No Bake Baking. Now Sharon Hearne-Smith, the Dublin author who has worked with everyone from Jamie Oliver to Gordon Ramsay as ghost writer, recipe tester and food stylist, is back with The No-Cook Cookbook.

Soup, noodles and pies, pizza and pasta — you’d be amazed at what you can serve up without an oven. Most of the recipes are vegetarian, and carb-free, so think cool, healthy summer eating.
