Scalebound demo shows off Platinum's largest boss battle

Platinum Games showed off the co-op side of its upcoming action-RPG, Scalebound.

In the demo, our hero and a group of compatriots team up to take down a massive crab-like creature. While the creature is enormous in scale - Platinum says that this battle is the largest that it has created - our heroes have some dragons by their side to make the task a little more manageable.

Scalebound was originally scheduled to come out in autumn this year, but Platinum Games has since pushed back its release date to 2017. It will also be a part of Microsoft's Xbox Play Anywhere scheme, so it will be available on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
