Watch free movies at the IFI Open Day - July 2nd 2016

On the 2nd of July 2016 the IFI in Temple Bar in Dublin will invite film fans in for a day of films, special events and an insider look at areas like the Film Archive. What's more, it's all free!

More than a dozen films will be screening throughout the day, including an early showing for Nicholas Winding Refns The Neon Demon and Hunt for the Wilderpeople as well as classics like White Heat, Repon Man and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

And all you have to do to come along is queue up and nab a pair of tickets. This year for the first time there's a new system where tickets for each movie will be released an hour before the screening, which should keep a constant churn of people in the IFI.
