At Irish cinemas June 10th

Another week and more movies are on the way. There are no major blockbusters to be seen so you'll have to check out some documentaries, dramas and a gorgeous animation instead.

The Boss

Melissa McCarthy is a larger than life businesswoman who sees everything fall apart, and then things get really funny. From the director of Tammy and also starring Kristen Bell, we're hoping this one is worth a giggle or two.

Mothers Days

Directed by 81 year old Garry Marshall (Pretty Woman, Valentine's Day) this film was rebranded from Mother's Day after its US debut and has a massive cast including Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Garner and Jason Sudeikis. And it's one of the worst reviewed films of the year.

Where to Invade Next

Filmmaker Michael Moore is back, and he's got a typically controversial subject in a film where he visits countries like Italy, Finland, Slovenia and Portugal to basically invade them. He even brings a flag and it all looks contrived and entertaining.

When Marnie Was There

This gorgeous animation is said to be the last film from acclaimed company Studio Ghibli as they've since gone on an extended hiatus. It's the tale of a young girl and a unique relationship with the Marnie of the title. Did we mention it's gorgeous?
