No Man's Sky release date locked in

The No Man’s Sky release date has been moved up to August 10 to bring it in line with the rest of Europe.

PlayStation made the announcement on Twitter. It wrote, “Thank you for your feedback, we’ve been working with retailers and #NoMansSky will now launch on Aug 10th, the same as other EU countries.”

Just last month, Hello Games revealed that the game was being pushed back from its planned June 24 launch. The developer revealed that “some key moments needed extra polish to bring them up to our standards.”
