The Conjuring was a brilliant exercise in big budget horror, and now it's time for more terror.

Director James Wan is back for The Conjuring 2, which takes stars Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga to England in the 1970s to investigate the strange goings on later related to the Enfield poltergeist. It's one of the most enduring accounts of a real-life haunting and you can be sure it will be especially terrifying on the big screen.

The Malaysian-Australian filmmaker has just come off directing Furious 7 and seems to be settling back into the horror genre with ease. In this video he talks about wanting to make studio-financed horror films good again, and speaks about trying to up the ante in terms of his skills as a director.
