Video emerges of angry driver paying off speeding fine with 22,000 pennies

Brett Sanders was a very unhappy man after he was convicted of speeding for being nine miles over the speed limit in Texas.

Sanders was given a fine of $212 (€189.78) at court after a jury found him guilty of driving 39 miles an hour in a 30 zone. The driver himself labelled the fine "extortion".

So Brett devised a devious plan to pay off his fine in thousands of pennies and document it all on video. The plot included buying stocks of pennies from local banks and then shovelling them into especially painted black buckets.
