CD Projekt co-founder Marcin Iwinski told Eurogamer that while they might be at E3, they won't be showing off Cyberpunk 2077. It's likely that its upcoming announcement will be what it teased in a recent annual report. In its plan for the year, the developer mentioned "A new type of video game format previously unexplored by the studio."

Iwinski hasn't given anything away as to what the studio might be showing off at E3.

Cyberpunk 2077 won't be out before 2017, according to CD Projekt RED, and may take even longer. The developer has said that it's going to be bigger than The Witcher 3. It is being described as a non-linear, mature role-playing game.
