Irish art the subject of Dublin sales

The influence of Cezanne can be clearly seen in Roderic O’Conor’s Still Life with Apples on a White Cloth.

It comes up at de Vere’s Irish art auction at the Royal College of Physicians, Kildare St, Dublin next Wednesday (May 25) at 6 pm.

It was painted in Paris in the mid 1920s and is estimated at €50,000-€70,000.
