Replace your mouse and keyboard with this cool Kickstarter

Sometimes its less than convenient to be chained to a keyboard and mouse - this Kickstarter wants to help you break free.

Replace your mouse and keyboard with this cool Kickstarter

Nydeum Sense is billed as an 'air mouse' which provides basic buttons for left and right clicks, a scrolls surface plus gesture controls for more complex interactions. But it also aims to replace your keyboard by replicating the full alphabet through a unique system of inputs.

Check out the pitch video from Kickstarter.

It's definitely an interesting pitch, mobile typing solutions still aren't the best and it would provide for a much easier way to interact with a home PC which you use for entertainment.

The real barrier here is the new input method and their claims that it can be as fast as typing with a little practise. It's impossible to know what the system is really like before you get your hands on one, and that may mean people are skeptical about backing.

The campaign has only just launched and has a modest goal of 100 thousand dollars to earn in the next 28 days. The rewards are all pretty basic, starting at $80 for the earliest backers.
