Naturally others have had a little more time on their hands, like this streamer who managed to conquer the game on its hardest level - Ultra Nightmare - in less than 5 hours.
Considering developers id Software had claimed that no one on their team had been able to finish the game on this difficulty level at the time of release, that's quite an achievement. Watch the entire run right here. Obviously there are spoilers for the main game.
