Cork school kids say it's 'normal not to feel ok' with moving mental health video

A Co Cork primary school have produced a moving video, raising awareness about mental health issues in kids, in which they say it's "ok to be upset sometimes" and there is "always a way back".

You may remember Mr White's class in Bunscoil Mhuire Primary School from other great videos such as their brilliant version of Uptown Funk and an amazing anti-bullying programme in which they become superheroes, using their powers to stand up for each other.

This time around, fifth class take on their biggest challenge yet - the issues that many children and adults face when it comes to their own mental health.
