Cork school kids say it's 'normal not to feel ok' with moving mental health video
You may remember Mr White's class in Bunscoil Mhuire Primary School from other great videos such as their brilliant version of Uptown Funk and an amazing anti-bullying programme in which they become superheroes, using their powers to stand up for each other.
This time around, fifth class take on their biggest challenge yet - the issues that many children and adults face when it comes to their own mental health.
The video was shot over 3/4 days with many weeks of work and planning to bring about the finished project.
We think you'll agree they did a great job with this one.
"We wanted to have a strong message in this video," said class teacher Mr White.
"We had covered some lessons in detail on mental health in class and we decided to make the video to highlight that it's ok to be upset sometimes.
"There is always a way back and even as a child these feelings are normal but talking about them is critical."
"The very last shot of the video is of Izzy O'Connell from youghal who has been battling a brain tumour over the last few years.

"Izzy holding the banner "Brave" is basically what we are looking for everyone else to be when it comes to mental health."
